The Golden Retriever is one of the most popular dog's breed's in the U.S  In the top ten. It is a very popular family dog. Retriever's get their names from being able to retrieve things. They call it a retrieving game for hunters, tracking, sniffing, out drugs, and as a therapy dog for assistance. They are about one foot 9 inches tall. They reach their full height at the age of one. weight between 55 to 75, reaching this weight at the age of two. pounds. A longer life spam of ten to twelve years. Golden retrievers shed a lot. Especially during the spring and fall season. They need forty to sixty minutes of exercise daily.

                                                                The Great Dane: Did You Know? Fun Fact: Scooby-Doo is actually a Great Dane  The Great Dane was originally called Boar Hounds. This is because boars is what Great Danes hunted, back in the day. Great Danes ears were created to protect themselves from boars, ripping them apart. The life spam of a Great Dane is seven to ten years. They can weigh anywhere between 100 to 200 pounds.It takes awhile for the great Dane's bones to fully develop, it takes them awhile to stop growing and become fully stable. So be patient! Don't let you Great Dane puppy jump or jog until 18th months old.  Great Danes are known to be really gentle and obedient dogs. Great with children and following directions. The American Kennel club states that The Great Dane is the twenty-fourth most popular dog breed.
